An Interesting Job Interview One of the services that are being rendered in our organisation is recruitment and staff placement. A few weeks ago I was opportune to be part of job recruitment process on behalf of our client. As we settled for the exercise, we ushered in one of the participant at be interviewed, I pick up a copy of his CV which he submitted when applying for the job and the interview commenced immediately. It was such an interesting episode that I couldn’t help but wished is an exercise that I will always be part of. As the first and second questions were asked, I saw for the first time how incompetent some of the graduates of our day can be!
